Outsider Supply is emblematic of the 21st Century Renaissance.
Founded in 2020 by a small group of artists, Outsider Supply is a means to look back at the expanse of art history and carry it forward as conceptual, artistic expression in wearable form.
We view this as art history in motion, and you, the individual, as an essential part of the masterwork. As the viewer, you are the mind in which the canvas lives. As the wearer, you are the canvas brought to life. An animate sculpture, a wall upon which this art hangs, a living, breathing work of art.
Artist duo and childhood best friends, McKenzie Girl and Allison Waller, share their creative vision as a deeply art history-focused brand that is making its own history in real time with artists and enthusiasts all over the world.
In 2020, we wrote: The 21st Century Renaissance has begun.
In 2025, we say, the 21st Century Renaissance is well underway, across art and all industries.
We have started in the same way that renaissances before us have started – by looking back and making work about what we find and are inspired by.

Our Yappenings carry on in the tradition of artistic Happenings, which
flourished in the late ‘50s and early ‘60s in New York City, bridging
surrealism and dadaism to performance art, and making it the happening place
to be.
